The Connecticut National Guard Foundation, Inc. was formed as a tax- exempt, charitable organization in 2003. It has been granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service, thus making contributions tax exempt.  The Connecticut National Guard Foundation, Inc. is a Connecticut nonstock corporation whose purpose is to provide familial assistance and support for members of the organized militia and National Guard. The Foundation raises funds from the general public, corporations and corporate and governmental employees.

On an annual basis the Connecticut National Guard Foundation has an independent auditor company inspect our financial status in accordance with audit standards that are generally accepted in the United States of America. For more information, please write to:

Donor Bill of Rights

We are committed to upholding the highest standards and understand we must earn the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit organizations and causes they are asked to support. Every individual or organization that contributes to the foundation has rights, and to that end we have created and adopted a formal Donor's Bill of Rights.
